RMA Policy & Warranty

For Repair Parts:
1. To ensure customers receive all good working good display screens, before shipment every screen were tested.
2. Even though, please have a simple test the screens before your installation, if there is defective issue before your installation, please take video or photo and let us know at the first time. Thank you!
3. After the installation, if there are issues like black display, screen glitchy, lines on screen, lcd broken such artificial damages. These issues aren’t under RMA policies, we will not replace NEW screens.
4. If there is touch problem issue we will replace NEW. And please collect these defective items, someday we need them return back. Thank you for your cooperation.
